Our production AI infrastructure runs on dedicated bare-metal servers in a SOC 2 Type II certified Tier 3 colocation facility. We own the hardware — a single-tenant Lambda Scaler with 8 NVIDIA L40S GPUs and 1TB of RAM.
The facility provides physical security, power, cooling, and carrier-neutral connectivity. Client data never touches shared infrastructure.
Carlsbad — the Backplain AI Lab
Thirty miles north, the AI Lab is staffed by ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and project managers, connected to the San Diego server over SD-WAN.
Lease a desk, a private room, or the entire facility. Work alongside our team, hand work off entirely, or anything in between. For fully air-gapped requirements, the server can be relocated to Carlsbad on request.
